1. Return Policy

  • Return Window: You have 30 days from the date you receive your ergonomic mouse pad or elbow cushion to request a return.
  • Return Conditions: To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original condition: unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact us at support@innoevol.com. We will provide a return shipping label and detailed instructions.
  • Unapproved Returns: Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

2. Damages and Issues

Please inspect your ergonomic chair, mouse pad or elbow cushion upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue and ensure you’re satisfied with your purchase.

3. Non-Returnable Items

For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns for the following items:

  • Custom products (e.g., personalized ergonomic items)
  • Personal care goods (e.g., used or opened items)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

4. Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a new ergonomic chair, mouse pad or elbow cushion is to return the item you have. Once your return is approved, you can place a separate order for the replacement product.

5. European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For products shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your ergonomic mouse pad or elbow cushion within 14 days, for any reason, and without justification.

  • Return Conditions: The product must be in its original condition: unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

6. Refund Policy

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
